A special visitor was expected this last weekend in a Powys town: Father Christmas or Santa Claus, welcomed by balloons
A reminder of St Nicholas on his feast day, arriving by fire engine to put on the Christmas lights and hand out presents to waiting children

  Couldn’t get a shot of him emerging from the vehicle for the mob of excited kids and accompanying balloons, but it was certainly a neat idea!
