Such grace to me my Lord on earth has given

Another garden gate, little used to judge by the greenery
Adjacent to the 15th-century Porth Mawr or Great Gate, this minor entrance is set in the wall surrounding a Regency house formerly known as Cwrt-y-Carw or Stags Court which itself stands on the site of a 15th-century fortified manor house.





“A haiku a day” was the height of ambition, the lack of new posts now a source of contrition. So, now  a fresh line gives this blog’s stated mission, an aim which I’m certain will come to fruition! Haiku, doggerel and such in profusion, though not every day, will maintain the illusion…
